Zhangjiajie is located in the northwest of Hunan Province. Its most famous scenic spots are Zhangjiajie National Forest Park, Tianmen Mountain National Park, Bofeng Lake, and the Yellow Dragon Cave etc. As a world famous tourist city, its transport system is well-developed. You can find many ways to get in it.

Get In and Out

◎By Plane

Zhangjiajie's main airport is Zhangjiajie Lotus Airport, situated in the lotus village in the Yong Ding District, 5km away from the downtown. It provides plenty of flights to the large and medium cities in China and some Asian countries, such as Hong Kong, Macau, Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou, Chongqing, Qingdao, Xian, Shenyang, Tianjin, Nanjing, Changsha, Seoul (South Korea), Pusan (South Korea), and Bangkok (Thailand) and so on.

◎By Train

Zhangjiajie railway station is located at Guanliping of Yongding district, 2km away from downtown. There are many railway transportations with connections to all wind directions that can reach most cities of China, such as Beijing, Shanghai, Nanning, Changsha, Guangzhou, Luoyang, Liuzhou etc. We don’t recommend tourists take train to Zhangjiajie because it will waste a lot of time and get tired during your trip.

◎By Coach

Zhangjiajie Long-distance Bus Station is located at the intersection of Huilong Road and Renmin Road in the downtown. It offers plenty of buses to most cities of china, such as Changde, Shanghai, Changsha, Yueyang, Wuhan, Dongguan, Zhuhai, etc.
