We are very glad to find TripChinaGuide.com and especially Cathy as our tour consultant that help us to arrange our families vacation for 16 days in China. Our group consist of 3 families, with a total of 10 members. We visited Chengdu, Jiuzhaigou, Xian, Zhangjiajie and Guangzhou. 

At the planning stage, Cathy is very helpful and easy to communicate with. She always give a prompt reply, give helpful feedback and also have patient to handle many changes that we have been requested.

The tour guides and drivers that are assigned to us were also polite, helpful and have no agenda to push optional shopping/shows that we don't want. They really thought about us, for example, before we make a whole day bus trip from Chengdu to Jiuzhaigou, we received many snacks and fruits to enjoy in the long day trip. It is very nice of you.

Even though there are some small minus in the whole trip, overall, we are satisfied with the quality of your tour services. Honestly, most of us agree than it is more than our expectation. So thank you for providing us a memorable and pleasant trip in China. We know we can recomend you to our friends.
