Wudang Mountains China

Wudang Mountains, a UNESCO world heritage site, also known as Taihe Mountain, is located in Danjiangkou City, northwest of Hubei Province. The mountain is home to a famous complex of Taoist temples and monasteries which are particularly associated with the god Zhenwu. As a counterpart to the Buddhist Shaolin Temple, Wudang is renowned for the practice of Tai Chi Boxing.
