◎Some tips of dialing 110, 119 and 122:

1. If you need police attention, please dial 110 immediately. It is free of charge and you are legally allowed to borrow anyone's phone. If you don't know the street name, look around and for landmarks.

2. You should carefully explain your situation to the police and provide credible information.

3. You should leave the police with your name, address, hotel and the most reliable communication method with you.
