The Golden Summit Cable Car in Emei Mountain
Emei Mountain Golden Summit Cable Car is the No.1 China and one of the most greatest Cable cars in the world. The whole equipments were newly imported from the Doppelmayr Company Austria. It starts at Jieyin Monastery 2,540 meters above the sea level, and ends at somewhere 3,048 meters nearby the main peak of the mountain. The whole length of the cable car is 1164 meters without any pillar in the middle. Each of the two carriages can hold 100 persons and plus 1 operator, just running 305 minutes each single way. And now, it is the largest in loading capacity and freight volume among the returning Cable car in China. To take the cable car on the top of the mountain, you may enjoy the beautiful bird-views on the way inside the carriage.
