  • Day 1 Arrive in Beijing

    Transfer via: international flight - on your own

    Meet your guide at the Capital International Airport and transfer to the hotel. Free at leisure for the rest of the day.

  • Day 2 Beijing

    Activities for today: Tian'anmen Square, Forbidden City, Temple of Heaven Park, Peking Duck Dinner

    After breakfast at your hotel, meet the guide and start today's city tour from the Tian'anmen Square which is the largest city square in the world, followed by the Forbidden City. It is the largest imperial palace in Cina for 24 emperors' reign during the Ming and Qing dynasties with a history of around 600 years. Lunch will be taken at a local Chinese restaurant.

    In the afternoon, transfer to visit the Temple of Heaven Park, which is a masterpiece of architecture and landscape design where the ancient emperors used to pray for the God's bless of the whole nation. In the evening, enjoy a famous Peking Duck Banquet for dinner.

  • Day 3 Beijing

    Activities for today: Mutianyu Great Wall, Ming Tomb (Changling)

    After breakfast at your hotel, meet the guide and drive to visit the Great Wall of Mutianyu Section, which is one of the great wonders in the world and the symbol of China. You can take a short hiking on the wall.

    Lunch will be taken at a local Chinese restaurant. In the afternoon, pay a visit to the Cloisonné Factory and see the traditional cultural art of Beijing. After that, process to visit the Ming Tomb (Changling). Drive back to your hotel and free at leisure in the evening.

  • Day 4 Beijing

    Activities for today: Hutong Tour, Learn how to make dumplings

    Morning guide tour to visit the Drum Tower. Followed to take a 3-wheel rickshaw to Hutong and have a visit to the local family. Hutong is the unique street design in Beijing - some crisscrossing old narrow paths with courtyard houses built on each side. It can be regarded as a window into Beijing folk life. We will stop at a traditional courtyard home (Siheyuan) for a cup of tea and get a historic view of hutong life.

    Lunch will be taken at the local Family in the Hutong. In the afternoon, learn how to make Jiaozi (dumplings) with the local Family. Free at leisure for your own exploration for the rest of the time.

  • Day 5 Beijing/Lhasa

    Transfer via: domestic flight - on our arrangement

    Morning meet the local guide and transfer to Beijing airport for the morning flight to Lhasa.
    Upon arrival in Lhasa, meet the local guide and transfer to the hotel. Free at leisure to acclimatize yourself to the high latituder.

  • Day 6 Lhasa

    Activities for today: Potala Palace, Jokhang Temple, Barkhor

    After breakfast at the hotel, full day guide tour visit the Potala Palace which is a monumental building of Lhasa served as administrative center, seat of government, monastery, fortress and the home of all the Dalai Lamas from the Fifth to the Fourteenth in the past, a UNESCO world cultural heritage site of 1994. Lunch will be taken at a local Chinese restaurant.

    In the afternoon, visit the Jokhang Temple, 1300 years old with a golden roof and one of Tibet's holiest shrines. Today's tour ends at the Barkhor Street. It is is essentially a pilgrim circuit, which is followed clockwise round the periphery of the Jokhang. Shaped roughly like an octagon, it is also a hive of market activity. Drive back to your hotel for free evening.

  • Day 7 Lhasa

    Activities for today: Sera Monastery, Drepung Monastery, Norbulingka, Carpet Factory

    After breakfast at the hotel, full day guide tour visit the Sera Monastery. It was first built in 1419, and the debating among monks is a very interesting scene of this monastery. Followed by a visit to the Drepung Monastery which was once the biggest monasteries in Tibet. Lunch will be taken at a local Chinese restaurant.

    In the afternoon, pay a visit to Norbulingka which used to be the Summer Palace of the Dalai Lama. After that, visit the Carpet Factory.

  • Day 8 Lhasa

    Activities for today: Tibet Museum, Tibetan Family Visit

    Discover something about the Tibetan history by visiting the Tibet Museum. Then visit a Tibetan Family, where you will have a glance at the local Tibetan people's life and you will be welcomed by the Tibetan Tea, snacks.

  • Day 9 Lhasa/Xi'an

    Transfer via: domestic flight - on our arrangement

    This morning is at leisure. In the afternoon, transfer to the airport for the flight to Xian.
    Upon arrival, be picked to your pre-book hotel. The time is on your own arrangement this evening, you can stay in bed, walk out of the hotel to find some local Islamic flavor snacks at the nearby night market, or enjoy the beautiful night scene freely.

  • Day 10 Xi'an

    Activities for today: Big Wild Goose Pagoda Park, Ancient City Wall, Grand Mosque, Muslim Quarters

    This morning, meet the guide and drive to visit the Big Wild Goose Pagoda Park. The pagoda is the city emblem, which was first built in Tang Dynasty for the storage of Buddhist scriptures taken from India by Monk Xuanzang. Followed by a visit to the Ancient City Wall, the best-kept and biggest city walls in China.

    In the afternoon, pass through the Bell Tower and Drum Tower Square, visit the Grand Mosque and the nearby Muslim Quarters (Old City Street) for free shopping.

  • Day 11 Xi'an/Hangzhou

    Activities for today: Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum

    After breakfast at the hotel, meet the guide and drive to visit the Xi'an Daqin Terra-Cotta & Lacquer Furniture Art Factory. In the factory, you can see the process of how to make Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses. Continue drive to visit the Terra-cotta Warriors and Horses Museum. It is one of the most important archaeological finds in the 20 th century; an army of terra-cotta warriors and the bronze chariots entombed in vast underground vaults at emperor Qin's tomb since 2200 year ago.

    Transfer to Xi'an Xianyang Airport for the later afternoon flight to Hangzhou.
    Arrival in Hangzhou, meet the guide and transfer to the hotel. Free at leisure in the evening.

  • Day 12 Hangzhou

    Activities for today: West Lake, Lingyin Temple & Feilai Peak, Dragon Well Tea Plantation, Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine

    Today city tour to visit the West Lake. It is the symbol of Hangzhou. And the islets and temples, pavilions and gardens, causeways and arched bridges of this jade-like lake have constituted the supreme example of lakeside beauty in China. You will take a short boat on the lake. Followed by a visit to the Lingyin Temple and Feilai Peak. Lingyin Temple is one of the most prestigious Buddhist monasteries in China, while the Feilai Peak stands by Lingyin Temple with a collection of more than 470 Buddhist carvings dating back to 1000 years ago.

    In the afternoon, visit the Museum of Traditional Chinese Mudicine and visit a Dragon Well Tea Plantation. Drive to your hotel and free at leisure.

  • Day 13 Hangzhou/Wuzhen

    Activities for today: Six Harmonies Pagoda Park, Wuzhen Water Town

    Morning guide tour to visit the Six Harmonies Pagoda Park. The pagoda is one of the true masterpieces of ancient Chinese architectures.

    After that, drive to Wuzhen Water Town (about 75km away from Hangzhou), where you will enjoy a very beautiful night view of the water town.

  • Day 14 Wuzhen

    Visit the Southern China Hundred Beds Museum, Flower-Printed Blue Cloth Workshop, Xiangshantang Drugstore, Footbinding Museum, Southern China Woodcarving Exhibition Hall, Pawns Museum, Yu Liuliang Money Hall, shadow puppet show.

  • Day 15 Wuzhen/Shanghai

    Transfer via: private vehicle

    Activities for today: Wuzhen Water Town, Yuyuan Garden

    Morning guide tour to explore Wuzhen Water Town. Drive to Shanghai.

    In the afternoon, visit the Yu Garden. The garden used to be a private garden with 400 years' history; it features traditional architectural style of Yangtze Delta. After that, have a free walk on the nearby Old Street and Xintiandi Area.

  • Day 16 Shanghai

    Activities for today: Oriental Pearl TV Tower, the Bund, Nanjing Road

    After breakfast at the hotel, meet the guide and full day guide tour to visit Oriental Pearl TV Tower where has best viewing spot of Shanghai located by the Huangpu River with 468 meters high.

    In the afternoon, walk through the Bund and free shopping on Nanjing Road.

  • Day 17 Shanghai/Suzhou /Shanghai

    Activities for today: Humble Administrator's Garden, Grand Canal Cruise, No.1 Silk Factory

    In the morning, meet the guide and drive to Suzhou. Visit the Humble Administrator's Garden, the largest and most renowned garden. It is listed as a World Cultural Heritage site and has also been designated as one of the Cultural Relics of National Importance under the Protection of the State as well as a Special Tourist Attraction of China. Lunch will be taken at a local Chinese restaurant.

    In the afternoon, take a short boat on the Grand Canal which is also known as the Beijing-Hangzhou Grand Canal. It is the earliest and the longest artificial river in the world that is ten times of the Suez Canal and 22 times of the Panama Canal. Like the Great Wall, the Grand Canal is regarded as one of the two great projects in Chinese ancient time. Today's tour ends at the No. 1 Silk Factory to see the process of how to make silk and free shopping. Drive back to Shanghai in the later afternoon.

  • Day 18 Shanghai/Exit

    Transfer via: international flight - on your own

    Enjoy a relaxed breakfast at the hotel. In time you will be transferred to Pudong International Airport to connect your flight for your home destination.
