Upon your arrival at Tianjin airport, you'll be warmly greeted and escorted by private car to the hotel. The balance of your day is at leisure.

Day 2 Tianjin

Activities for today: Shi Family Grand Courtyard, House of China Opens, Food Street, Culture Street

We'll begin our day with a visit to the famous Shi Family Grand Courtyard in Yangliuqing Ancient Town. First built in 1875, it incorporates the elegance of imperial garden and delicacy of south garden. It is called the first mansion in North China. Then we'll drive back to the city to visit the House of China Opens, the Food Street and the Culture Street.

Day 3 Tianjin/Beijing

Activities for today: railway station transfer (Tianjin, Beijing), Summer Palace

Transfer to the railway station for the train to Beijing. On arrival, be met and transferred to your hotel. After lunch, pay a visit to the Summer Palace.

Day 4 Beijing

Activities for today: Forbidden City, Tiananmen Square, Temple of Heaven

Today's full day tour includes the Forbidden City, the Tiananmen Square, and the Temple of Heaven. This evening, enjoy an optional Peking Duck dinner followed by an optional awe-inspiring acrobatics show, which are both on your own expense.

Day 5 Beijing

Activities for today: Mutianyu Great Wall, Changling Tomb

This morning we'll witness a spectacular section of the symbol of China - the Mutianyu Great Wall, which is not as crowded as the nearby Badaling or Juyongguan sections of the Great Wall. The 2.5 kilometer stretch of the wall allows you to walk for more than an hour as you explore 22 watchtowers and the valley on both sides of the wall. After lunch at a local Chinese restaurant, proceed to explore Changling Tomb (one of the Ming Tombs). Drive back to your hotel and free at leisure in the evening.

Day 6 Beijing/Hangzhou

Activities for today: railway station transfer (Beijing, Hangzhou)

After breakfast, you'll be escorted to the railway station for the fast train to Hangzhou. Upon arrival, you will be picked up to your hotel.

Day 7 Hangzhou

Activities for today: West Lake, Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Former Residence of Hu Xueyan

Today your city sightseeing tour will start with a short boating on the lovely West Lake. Then visit the Museum of Traditional Chinese Medicine (Hu Qing Yu Tang) and the Former Residence of Hu Xueyan (Villa of Hu Xueyan).

Day 8 Hangzhou/Wuyishan

Activities for today: Lingyin Temple, Feilai Peak, China National Silk Museum, China National Tea Museum, railway station transfer (Hangzhou, Wuyishan)

Today we will visit the Lingyin Temple, Feilai Peak (the Peak that Flew Hither), China National Silk Museum and China National Tea Museum. After sightseeing, transfer to the railway station for the train to Wuyishan. On arrival, meet the guide and transfer to the hotel for a good rest.

Day 9 Wuyishan

Activities for today: Heavenly Tour Peak, A Thread of the Sky, Wuyi Palace, Song Dynasty Street

Spend the whole day to explore the UNESCO world heritage site - Mount Wuyi, including Heavenly Tour Peak, A Thread of the Sky, Wuyi Palace and Song Dynasty Street.

Day 10 Wuyishan

Activities for today: Dahongpao Scenic Area, Water Curtain Cave, Royal Tea Garden

On your guided sightseeing tour of Mount Wuyi today, visit the Dahongpao Scenic Area (known for its 6 over 1,000-year-old Da Hong Pao Tea Trees) and Water Curtain Cave, followed by the opportunity to visit the Royal Tea Garden and learn about the history of Oolong Tea.

Day 11 Wuyishan/Guangzhou

Activities for today: Yuexiu Park, airport transfer (Wuyishan, Guangzhou)

Depart Wuyishan this morning by flight to Guangzhou, one of the starting points of the Maritime Silk Road and the third largest city in China. On arrival, meet the tour guide and transfer to a local Chinese restaurant for lunch. Afterwards, visit the Yuexiu Park (including the Five-Ran Statues); transfer to your hotel in downtown area for overnight.

Day 12 Guangzhou

Activities for today: Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Chen Family Temple, Museum of the Mausoleum of the Nanyue King

Enjoy a full day tour of the Dr. Sun Yat-sen Memorial Hall, Chen Family Temple (Chen Clan Academy), and the Museum of the Mausoleum of the Nanyue King.

Optional night activities: Cruise on the Pearl River

Tourist shops: Bao Shu Tang, or other shops for local products

Day 13 Guangzhou

Today is at leisure to discover all of the delights of Guangzhou on your own. You can do independent exploration or take advantage of the world-class shopping or fine dining (no guide and transfer service).

Day 14 Guangzhou/Exit
