The Stone Pavilion with a Bronze Statue

This is a finely-constructed four-column stone pavilion with an upper part made of brick. It is 5.5 meters high with a diameter of two meters. During the emperor’s abstinence before the sacrificial ceremony, a bronze statue (with a height of 50 centimeters) holding a card with the word ‘abstinence’ on it was placed on the seat in the pavilion to remind the emperor to be sincere and devoted to his duty.
